You feel a stirring within you, disjointed thoughts and unexpressed emotions
beckoning you to the Glade of the Sleeping Goddess.

A tranquil, fragrant glade.
Banks of clouds roil about here. The light here is perpetually muted beneath the
thick canopy of leaves arching overhead. Occasional shafts of sunlight break
through the mass of interwoven branches, bathing parts of the glade in sudden
bursts of pale gold radiance. Drifting motes of light weave and turn about the
glade, varying shades of blue, purple and silver glowing amidst the branches of
the trees overhead and floating gently over the grassy ground underfoot. The
glade is blanketed in a peaceful hush, broken occasionally by the songs of birds,
and the air is thick with a rich fragrance of mixed floral and spicy scents,
emanating from no particular source. A large pedestal stands in the centre of
the glade, formed from prismatic crystal of many colours. Motes of shadowy light
surround a sculpture of a regal woman, enthroned here in a tangle of black roses.
Jeanne, the windmuse elemental, is here, playing games with her long tail. Dame
Dioyne Fairquillion stands here with cool austerity, hands folded politely upon
an elegant walking cane. With frosted wings of snow-white feathers unfurled, a
golden gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry blossoms. With
gold-feathered wings unfurled, a pearl white gryphon is here, enveloped in a
flurry of fragrant cherry blossoms. Arrayed in resplendent colour, a regal bird
of paradise raises its neck here in haughty beauty, starry trails of light
winking in and out around its form. Entrias frowns deeply, lines creasing his
forehead. He wields a sleek platinum bardiche of sacrifice's embrace with both
hands. Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance is here, surrounded
by clouds. She wields a delicate crystal staff in her left hand. Execumatrix
Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist is here. She wields an amethyst domothean
scalpel in her left hand and a glowing powerstone in her right.
You see a single exit leading south.

You see the following people here:
Irillia, Maerad, Entrias, Kiradawea, Zyphora.

You curtsey gracefully.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "I have.
Inedra seems... odd as well."
A flicker of light washes briefly over the sculpture's crystal eyes.

Irillia curtseys gracefully.

Entrias frowns at a rose-twined sculpture of a regal woman.

"sculpture88930"          a rose-twined sculpture of a regal woman

Rendered in exquisite detail, this sculpture is only a few inches in height, and overrun with black roses. Taking the form of a slender woman, the sculpture is created from myriad materials of vivid colours: white marble forms her face and limbs, her elaborately-arranged hair is carved from silvery wood, and her eyes are sculpted from striking golden crystal. Her garments are created from swathes of luscious fabric, gleaming silk and wispy gossamer draping in folds around her perfect form. Motes of harsh, shadowy light drift about the sculpture, twinkling with gentle radiance. A faint glow is visible within her golden-hued eyes, giving her a knowing look. She is seated within a throne of woven black roses, darkened by their terrible beauty.

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance says, "Greetings, Dame
Fairquillion. What is the matter?"

Shuddering, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "It is not Inedra alone. It is... Too
much of this place. Look around you, it is strange... These roses are..."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion shakes her head too firmly.

Exasperated, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "They lie within the rest of the
Glade as well."

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "Some bit
of the wyrd seems to be encroaching on the Glade again."

Nodding, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Yes. That is the only thing I can glean,
 as well."

Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist says, "It certainly has seemed a
bit... it's difficult to describe. Dark wouldn't be entirely correct, but it's
the best I can come up with."

Flickering motes of argent light rise up from the ground, filtering lightly
through the air before fading silently away.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "Would it
be too risky to awake her and see if she is well?"

Entrias ponders a rose-twined sculpture of a regal woman thoughtfully, looking
it up and down.

You have emoted: Zyphora reaches out towards the black roses that twine around
Inedra, drawing back as a thorn pricks her finger.

You say, "Inedra, pyralir."
The sculpture's crystal eyes flash brightly, and emotion suddenly fills its
marble face. A ripple of shadowy light engulfs the sculpture as it begins to
transform, the roses twined about the marble squirming in alarm.

The proportions of the sculpture begin to change, growing and expanding until it
reaches a towering height. Its carved hair transforms into flowing locks, its
marble limbs softening and flushing with colour. A dusky floral scent envelops
the figure as she stands complete.

"sculpture88930"          Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete

The sculpture Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete stands here, wreathed in black roses that emanate a shadowy aura.

Of towering proportions, this sculpture is curiously lifelike, though with an air of awkwardness hinting at its true nature. The sculpture takes the form of a slender female, tall, handsome and perfectly formed; her face and limbs are marble-white, though with an unusual translucency and a fluency of movement halted only by the black roses twining about her form. Her wealth of silvery hair floats about her head in an elaborate arrangement, blooming with tiny roses in all colours. Her eyes are extremely large, even slightly out of proportion; they gleam and sparkle with apparent awareness, though their expression is mournful. She is dressed in luxury, draped in folds of silk and velvet of impossible beauty and sparkling with luscious colours and jewels. An aura of shadowy light hovers around her, and her placid grey-hued crystal eyes glimmer with a silvery radiance. A drifting fragrance hovers about her, redolent with dusky floral scents.

A radiant smile crosses Inedra's face as she stretches languidly.

Entrias exhales slowly, allowing a long fluid breath to creep from his lungs.

Glancing at her slowly, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Perhaps... I wonder."

Radiant as the dawn, Entrias languidly raises a hand skyward, motes of twinkling
sunlight scattering from his fingertips.

Entrias brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, motes of
twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out of existence.
Inedra's eyes flash gold like the morning sun, her jewelled lips parting
slightly as her marble hands reach for Entrias's amidst lambent motes of light.

Gaze glassy with sunlight, Entrias nods as it steps back from Inedra's hand,
radiant with purpose.

Entrias nods his head.

You say to Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete, "Inedra, what do you see?"

Brushing your hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, your eyes
meet as the warmth of the morning sun suffuses you both with the radiance of the
aurora.
Inedra's eyes flash gold like the morning sun, her jewelled lips parting
slightly as her marble hands reach for yours amidst lambent motes of light. "See
what I see," you hear a soft voice echo in your mind.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says,
"Interesting."

You see the Glade of the Sleeping Goddess encased in a thick fog of mist,
seeming forgotten beneath the heights of a glorious, celestial world. The canopy
of trees is ever-dense here, blocking out the sunlight above to hide in a cloak
of perpetual, false darkness. Here, Inedra faces you as blackest roses grow with
rampant haste beneath your feet, soon tangling across Inedra completely to cover
her in their choking pull. You glance up, but the celestial paradise glanced at
from the foliage above is now blocked by a sea of dark roses, ever-growing in a
shadow that soon consumes the forest whole.

Strange and crystalline in its cadence, the voice of Inedra, Oracle of the
Aesthete, echoes in your mind: "Can you not feel the Glade of our Lady? It lives,
just as I live, but now it rages against its death. Yet, is a life embroiled in
thorns better than a death which banishes darkness? Seek rebirth, child of the
Lady. Death is nothing for Hers to fear."

The scene evanesces in tendrils of shadow, and you frown in confusion as you
step back from Inedra's hand, the heady scent of roses overwhelming you.

A bit too urgently, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "What did you see,
Skystriker?"

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "It seems
that perhaps we need to gather water or essence, and cleanse the Glade in some
way."

Entrias sucks thoughtfully on his teeth.

Comprehension flashes across Dame Dioyne Fairquillion's face.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Cloud essence, perhaps?"

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's
cheek, motes of twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out
of existence.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective exhales,
sparing Dioyne a nod.

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance says, "Let us begin with
cloud essence first. Shall we bring it here?"

Zyphora nods her head emphatically.

Kiradawea nods her head emphatically.

Gazing about herself, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "But, these roses, growing
within the Glade. They seem to speak to me in a way I cannot name."

Entrias nods his head at Dame Dioyne Fairquillion.

Kiradawea ponders the situation.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion creases her brow in a frown.

Nervously, Maerad Windwhisper, Student of Temporal Science says, "I...I touched
one, pricked my finger on it. It - it looked like it drank the blood up."

Comprehension flashes across Dame Dioyne Fairquillion's face.

Allyrianne arrives from the south.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective kneels at
Inedra's feet, prodding at the roses with a finger. "We should be quiet about
this for now. Quiet, but quick." he murmurs, looking up to the assembled people.

Allyrianne creases her brow in a frown.

High Scion Zyphora Windwhisper, The Auroral Iris casts a look of concern at Maerad.

Showing that she understands, Kiradawea nods her head slowly.

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance says, "I shall fetch some
cloud essence, then."

The statue's eyes flash with what can only appear to be agreement, as more roses
tangle about her form.

The ground beneath you appears to shake somehow, as if its very connection to
creation is being frayed.

You say to Maerad, "Maerad? Would you like to stay here with Inedra?"

Maerad Windwhisper, Student of Temporal Science says to you, "Someone should
stay here, Mama. I will."

You nod your head emphatically.

You give Maerad a peck on the cheek.

Motes of light around the caldera pulse brightly as a soft voice echoes,
"But She was lovely, and all She touched became lovely, too.
And She touched the Architect's heart, a place that no other had claimed with their artistry."

After the collection of much essence:

    a glittering black rose

Lying here is an elegant black rose, that glitters slightly in the
    available light.

Similiar in looks to any normal rose, the only indication of this flower being
something special is how it seems oddly discoloured. The stem and leaves are a
dark purple, while the petals themselves are black, yet glitter slightly like
    the night sky.
    It is strangely weightless.

You drop a bit of cloud essence.
Motes of bright white light sparkle in the air around a glittering black rose.

A great hissing sound echoes through the clearing as a glittering black rose
thrashes about on its stem, blossoming suddenly with a beauteous white light as
it lays innocuously on the ground, purified with a heavenly radiance.

    a heavenly white rose

Suffusing its surroundings with a Divine radiance, a pure white rose
lies here sparkling on the ground.

Purest white petals form this heavenly rose, which lies on a
thornless stem adorned with ruffled green leaves. An intrinsic light emanates
from it, not unsimilar to a ray of early sunlight. A light and airy scent sighs
    from its petals.

You scoop up a heavenly white rose.

"Oooooooooh!" Irillia says, eyes wide with wonder.

Irillia claps her hands together merrily.

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance says, "Shall we investigate
whether Inedra or Dame Dioyne has felt a change?"

You smile and say, "Yes, let's."

The soft chittering of birds fills the air, filtering down beside sparkling rays
    of sunlight.

    A tranquil, fragrant glade.
Banks of clouds roil about here. The sculpture Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete
stands here, wreathed in black roses that emanate a shadowy aura. Dame Dioyne
Fairquillion stands here with cool austerity, hands folded politely upon an
elegant walking cane. With frosted wings of snow-white feathers unfurled, a
golden gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry blossoms.
Arrayed in resplendent colour, a regal bird of paradise raises its neck here in
haughty beauty, starry trails of light winking in and out around its form.
You see a single exit leading south.

You fold your wings around Maerad's body, wrapping her in a feathered embrace.

Maerad Windwhisper, Student of Temporal Science leans against you, still
clutching her falcon doll close to her chest.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says to you, "You appear radiant, High Scion."
    .
With a tired though genuine smile, you say, "It has been quite some work but I
think we have found a solution."

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance studies the statue of Inedra
with faint dismay, her eyes travelling slowly to the wreathing black roses.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion exhales slowly, allowing a long fluid breath to creep
    from her lungs.

Inedra sparkles with sudden colour, and Dioyne nods in answer.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says to you, "I believe it is time."

Maerad looks up at Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete curiously.

You say to Dame Dioyne Fairquillion, "Yes. It is time."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion gestures at Inedra's feet, turning to look upon the
    rose in Zyphora's hands.

    Entrias cracks his knuckles loudly.

You drop a heavenly white rose.

You have emoted: Zyphora kneels before Inedra, presenting the heavenly white
rose in her upraised palms. She places it gently at the sculpture's feet, then
    rises and steps back.

The Glade of the Sleeping Goddess pulses with sudden life, the Lady's presence
strengthening as the Wyrden trees pale before Her radiance.

All at once, the oppressive hold of the Glade gives way, its insubstantial bonds
snapping as the will of the Lady Isune overwhelms the forest, conducting it like
a symphony from Her place in the skies.

The trees contort at Her command, a heavy, low-lying mist rolling in to submerge
the Glade in its glistening light; the Lady lifts another hand, and gem-wrought
steeples rise up from nowhere, towering higher and higher into the firmament.

The Lady cries out, "The age of the Sleeping Goddess has finally ended! Let
there be a new Renaissance, a new age, and a new paradise unto Mine! Quickly,
take refuge in the Sanctuary! This Glade has little time left in this world."

The statue trembles, suddenly disappearing completely behind a veil of mist.

    Maerad begins to follow you.

    Entrias peers about himself unscrupulously.

Comprehension flashes across Dame Dioyne Fairquillion's face.

The ground beneath you shakes and contorts, wildly rejecting reality as it
    trembles.

    "Uhh..." stalls Entrias.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion exclaims, "Quickly! We must depart!"

Entrias positions himself in front of Maerad, prepared to ward off all dangers.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "Everyone
    out!"

    Entrias points southwards.

You have emoted: High Scion Zyphora Windwhisper, The Auroral Iris grabs
Irillia's hand and pulls her southward.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion politely excuses herself to the south, the staccato of
    her cane lingering behind her.

Outside a gloomy glade of trees. (Glade of the Sleeping Goddess)
Banks of clouds roil about here. With frosted wings of snow-white feathers
unfurled, a golden gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry
    blossoms.
You see exits leading in and through an unstable rift.

You step towards an unstable rift and cautiously pull the edges apart. A violent
force pulls at your chest and you tumble wildly through, feeling disoriented as
you are ejected on the other side, barely managing to keep your footing.
    Irillia follows you ether.
    Maerad follows you ether.

The sanctuary of Isune. (Avechna's Teeth)
The graceful, translucent form of a bird of paradise dances in the air, the
insubstantial image shifting through a constant stream of vivid colours. A
solemn plinth rises up from the ground, a small crystal chamber locked on the
front. Dame Dioyne Fairquillion stands here with cool austerity, hands folded
politely upon an elegant walking cane. With frosted wings of snow-white feathers
unfurled, a golden gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry
    blossoms.
You see exits leading down and through an unstable rift.

The air throbs as an unstable rift flares and widens, Entrias tumbling through
and just managing to stay upright.
A thunderclap amidst white lightning announces the entrance of a golden
    thunderbird from the ether.

    Entrias pants like a dog.

    Maerad grabs protectively at Entrias.

The rift churns wildly in answer, a convoluted chasm of colours that sparkle and
    blur.

All at once, the rift blinds the room with light, depicting an entirely new
    visage in its mirror.

Comprehension flashes across Dame Dioyne Fairquillion's face.

    Entrias nods his head.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "It seems
    clear through the rift."

Eyes open wide, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Shall we enter, then?"

    You nod your head emphatically.

    Entrias nods his head.

You step towards an unstable rift and cautiously pull the edges apart. A violent
force pulls at your chest and you tumble wildly through, feeling disoriented as
you are ejected on the other side, barely managing to keep your footing.
    Irillia follows you ether.
    Maerad follows you ether.

High above the Ruins of Andeystelis. (Unmapped)
Elegantly dangling from a nearby bough, a crystalline bell glitters here
enchantingly. With frosted wings of snow-white feathers unfurled, a golden
gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry blossoms.
You see exits leading north and down.

Maerad gives a short gasp of elation.

The air throbs as an unstable rift flares and widens, Kiradawea tumbling through
and just managing to stay upright.
Jeanne, the windmuse elemental, tumbles in from the ether, bouncing here and
    there on her long tail.

Entrias exhales slowly, allowing a long fluid breath to creep from his lungs.

    Irillia blinks.

Kiradawea ponders for a moment and says "Hrm..."

You have emoted: High Scion Zyphora Windwhisper, The Auroral Iris grasps
Irillia's hand in her own. "Irillia," she whispers. "It is here."

Still looking worried, Maerad Windwhisper, Student of Temporal Science says to
you, "But where did Inedra go?"

You say to Maerad, "Explore as you desire. The Lady's Kingdom has come. Perhaps
we shall find her within these ruins."

Nodding, Maerad Windwhisper, Student of Temporal Science says, "I will look for
    her."

    Maerad leaves to the southwest.

The Grand Foyer of Sky Citadel. (Unmapped)
With frosted wings of snow-white feathers unfurled, a golden gryphon is here,
enveloped in a flurry of fragrant cherry blossoms. With gold-feathered wings
unfurled, a pearl white gryphon is here, enveloped in a flurry of fragrant
cherry blossoms. Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance is here,
surrounded by clouds. She wields a delicate crystal staff in her left hand.
You see exits leading southeast, south, and southwest.

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance reaches out to touch a
column with an expression of wonder, as if disbelieving that it even exists.

You have emoted: Zyphora glances upward at the ceiling with amazement.
"Everything here is Beautiful," she murmurs.

You say to Irillia, "Shall we part ways, and see where our explorations lead us?
I believe Maerad is searching for Inedra."

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance says, "Perhaps we should."

Archmage Irillia Shevat, the Aesthete's Renaissance smiles and says, "And see
    what new wonders await us."

Motes of light around the caldera pulse brightly as a soft voice echoes,
"But She was lovely, and all She touched became lovely, too.
And She touched the Architect's heart, a place that no other had claimed with their artistry."

of a regal woman, enthroned here in splendour. Jeanne, the windmuse elemental,
is here, playing games with her long tail. Isune, the Aesthete floats here,
surrounded by sparkling motes of light. Arrayed in resplendent colour, a regal
bird of paradise raises its neck here in haughty beauty, starry trails of light
winking in and out around its form. Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave
physicist is here. She wields an amethyst domothean scalpel in her left hand and
a glowing powerstone in her right. Orbiting around her head are several spinning
    crystals.
You see exits leading southeast and southwest.

She is a radiant immortal and carries Herself with effortless grace, suffusing
the space around Her with sparkling motes that twinkle like morning sunlight.
Gazing about with the preoccupied inconstancy of an artist, Her eyes are a
crystalline blue-green flecked with gold and rust, though often their colours
are lost to an inherent glow that flares and dims with the slightest shift of
mood. Lustrous feathers frame Her face and cascade down Her back in a mane of
snowy-white, whimsically threaded with wisps of daylight and strung with frosted
crystal decorations. Her high, prominent cheekbones, faintly hawkish nose, and
full lips lend Her an aristocratic air which manages to complement rather than
contrast Her sense of wispy, gossamer delicacy; Her form is slender, even
fragile in build and appearance, and Her skin is fair to the point of
translucence. Seemingly unconnected to Her, ephemeral and almost liquid wings
which shimmer over with rainbows of colour like oil on water slowly sweep to and
fro. Faint sparks of light drift within and about those wings in sporadic, yet
intricate patterns, silently dancing around Her. She is wearing a crystal-beaded
cloak of periwinkle and violet velvet, a snowflake preserved inside a gem of ice,
a mist-woven gown twinkling with winter sunlight, a mist-emblazoned ring of
smoky quartz, a crystalline rose of pure diamond and a bracelet of soothing
    twilight.

Murmurous and strange, myriad voices rise up to serenade this place with sighs
of lament entwined with bright exaltations of joy.

You kneel and raise your hands and then sink low to the ground before Isune,
    dealing obeisance.

    Isune smiles softly.

Isune, the Aesthete smiles impishly and says, "Is it then to your liking?"

Casually, inspecting the area with a fine eye, Isune, the Aesthete says, "I can
    always remodel, after all."

Nearly breathless with excitement, you say to Isune, "My Lady, everything here
is Beautiful. Thank You for gifting the world with such a marvellous temple."

Maerad jerks slightly as the air fills with sparkling motes of bright light.

Isune gives a trillingly melodic laugh.

Jeanne, the windmuse elemental says, "Well, I think we could do with a bit more
blue silk, and of course white goes with everything..."

Among the sparkling motes of light, a translucent figure appears in the air and
then quickly solidifies as Entrias, riding a golden thunderbird, comes into view.
A thunderclap amidst white lightning announces the entrance of a golden
    thunderbird from the ether.

    "Oh?" Entrias exclaims quizzically.

A cherubic smile comes over Jeanne, the windmuse elemental as she gazes around,
    wide-eyed and innocent.

Entrias kneels before Isune, swearing his allegiance to Her.

Bemused, Isune, the Aesthete says to Jeanne, the windmuse elemental, "Indeed,
indeed. Blue silk and white is always applicable."

Isune leans close to Entrias and gently lays a kiss upon his forehead.

Chief Superintendent Entrias Pavok, Chancellor of the Collective says, "My haste
for enjoying things of beauty seems to have delayed me. My apologies."

Isune, the Aesthete laughingly says to Entrias, "Your cheeks are simply flushed
    from all the excitement."

Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist says, "That said, I love this
place. I feel it manages to strike a wonderful balance between the beauty of
nature, and the beauty of the constructed urban."

    Isune's eyes twinkle enchantingly.

Isune, the Aesthete says, "I must thank you all for your strength, for it has
proven invaluable. Long have I attempted to quietly sever the Glade of the
Sleeping Goddess from the waking world, but I am afraid it was not fond of such
    banishment."

Isune, the Aesthete says, "As much as I dislike being forceful, it appeared
there was no other way to rid it of its Wyrden influence. Though rid it, perhaps,
    is an incorrect explanation."

Isune purses Her lips pensively, gazing off into the distance as She carefully
    gathers Her thoughts.

Entrias looks up at Isune curiously.

Isune, the Aesthete says, "One could say it has been sent back to the Dreaming,
and the memory of what it once was has been restored unto Me."

    You nod your head emphatically.

Isune, the Aesthete says, "Before the Wyrd's touch sullied its branches and soil."

Jeanne, the windmuse elemental says, "The wyrd is... quite the invasive force
isn't it. Like blueberry syrup on a white cotton shirt. Really hard to get out."

Isune gives a trillingly melodic laugh.

Isune, the Aesthete says to Jeanne, the windmuse elemental, "Yes, I believe that
is strangely apt in its way."

The corners of Jeanne, the windmuse elemental's mouth turn up as she grins
    mischievously.

Expression softening, Isune, the Aesthete says, "I hope that you shall feel free
to enjoy this realm, and this Temple, as long as you wish."

Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist says, "Well, they do have a
    similar colour."

Isune, the Aesthete says, "For it is yours as much as Mine."

Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist says, "I most certainly shall."

Isune's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Curtseying deeply, you say, "Thank you, my Lady."

Isune, the Aesthete smiles and says, "And thank you, dear ones."

Isune's form shatters into a flock of colourful birds, their tiny forms tracing
circles in the air before darting away.

Motes of light around the caldera pulse brightly as a soft voice echoes,
"But She was lovely, and all She touched became lovely, too.
And She touched the Architect's heart, a place that no other had claimed with their artistry."

So to go with that, here is what happened whilst everyone else was out gathering essence.

    --

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, motes of twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out of existence.

Comprehension flashes across Dame Dioyne Fairquillion's face.

With sudden understanding, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Yes, clouds. The maidens, did you not notice in Inedra's vision? They are formed of clouds."

Allyrianne brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, motes of twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out of existence.
Inedra's eyes flash gold like the morning sun, her jewelled lips parting slightly as her marble hands reach for Allyrianne's amidst lambent motes of light.

Execumatrix Kiradawea Startail Wave physicist says, "No. No vision."

Perplexed, Allyrianne frowns as it steps back from Inedra's hand, dizzied somehow.

Entrias brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, motes of twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out of existence.

Inedra's eyes flash gold like the morning sun, her jewelled lips parting slightly as her marble hands reach for Entrias's amidst lambent motes of light.

Gaze glassy with sunlight, Entrias nods as it steps back from Inedra's hand, radiant with purpose.

    Entrias nods his head.

Sublime Opus Allyrianne Windwhisper, Ambassador of Song swallows, her expression grave, before turning on her heel.

    Allyrianne leaves to the south.

You have emoted: Maerad glances after Allyrianne with a frown.

Kiradawea brushes a hand against Inedra, Oracle of the Aesthete's cheek, motes of twinkling sunlight surrounding them briefly before winking out of existence.

Inedra's eyes flash gold like the morning sun, her jewelled lips parting slightly as her marble hands reach for Kiradawea's amidst lambent motes of light.

    Entrias leaves to the south.

Eyes reflecting an unseen paradise, Kiradawea nods as it steps back from Inedra's hand, eyes brimming with understanding.

You ask Dame Dioyne Fairquillion, "Are -you- feeling alright?"

You have emoted: Maerad wraps her arms around her doll in search of comfort.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion furrows her brow, leaning down towards the roses at Inedra's feet to reach one with a gloved hand. It pricks through the fabric, staining the white satin red.

Murmuring to herself, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "I have seen roses like this, a long time ago, in a lifetime that is not my own, but that I am honored to witness as the Lady's servant."

Looking up, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says to you, "I believe there is a war going on within this Glade, young Maerad."

You have emoted: Maerad's brow furrows in thought.

Gazing about herself, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Of course, this is the Lady's domain, and it knows well She is its master."

Hesitantly, you ask, "...does that - does that mean that something is wrong with Her?"

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion gazes up at Inedra, expression softening.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Inedra does not seem to think so, anyhow."

Shaking her head, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "No, it is more a battle of wills, I would say, young Maerad."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "This place has long been sullied by the Wyrd, the creation of the Lady that She will forever regret. And the Lady... I have noticed a shift here, for a long while."

Exhaling, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "As if the very threads that tie this place to reality are fraying. As if the Lady Herself is the one severing their bonds to this world."

You have emoted: Maerad sighs softly, looking relieved - though her eyes dart back to the dark roses with concern. "Inedra's aura has changed," she says, after a moment. "At least, when I came to check on her last, I did not remember seeing...it's - dark."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion nods gravely in agreement.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "But Inedra herself is not affected. Merely the surroundings she lies encased in."

Staring at Inedra thoughtfully, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "I believe the Glade is fighting the Lady."

You have emoted: Maerad blinks widely in confusion.

Gesturing about herself, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says to you, "Do you not see the flecks of strange colour on the branches, the effects of the Wyrd that She so longs to erase?"

With understanding, you say, "A memory that She cannot give up, and so lives on in this place of memories."

Resting her hand on her cane, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "They know She wishes to banish them at last. They fight against Her will, with their own."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Inedra has shown visions of a paradise where the Wyrd's touch is unwelcome. A place that this forest must make room for."

    Comprehension flashes across your face.

You say, "Then, perhaps the essence that the others are gathering will give the Glade the strength to purify itself."

Your eyes raise to the heavens as a look of hope flashes across your face.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion smiles quietly, looking pleased as she nods.

You bow your head and close your eyes, radiating a powerful, healing blood aura around yourself.

You bow your head and close your eyes, radiating a powerful, healing mania aura around yourself.

You bow your head and close your eyes, radiating a powerful, healing neurosis aura around yourself.

You have emoted: Maerad places her doll carefully on the floor, before getting slowly back to her feet. Holding her hands out, she takes a deep breath as if seeking to steady herself. "I suppose," she says, "that this should be just the same as shifting the auras to another person...only...bigger." Closing her eyes, her palms begin to glow with a thrice-pulsating aura, which she attempts to focus into the Glade around her.

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion bows her head in turn.

You have emoted: Maerad kneels down and presses her glowing hands to the ground, silently urging the auras to spread out into the Glade.

Entrias, riding a golden thunderbird, arrives from the south.

Entrias leans close to you and gently lays a kiss upon your forehead.

You have emoted: Maerad doesn't look up from her position on the ground, her hands still pressed to the earth in a desperate attempt to transfer the power of her auras to the Glade.

    Entrias smiles softly at you.

Entrias, riding a golden thunderbird, leaves to the south.

Glancing up with a start, Dame Dioyne Fairquillion says, "Things are changing here."

The roses clinging to Inedra's form writhe slightly in answer, looking desperate in their grip.

You have emoted: Maerad gets quickly to her feet, cutting the auras from her with a wave of her hand.

You have emoted: Maerad rushes clumsily to Inedra, examining the roses as they twist and writhe.

You notice the statue's eyes meet yours, flickering slightly with some unseen knowledge.

You ask, "...Inedra? Are you alright? What should I do?"

You hear a thin, yet soft voice filter through the wind, reaching your ears to whisper, "Do not fear. This too is the Lady's will."

You have emoted: Maerad frowns slightly, looking confused. "I hope so," she says softly, seemingly to no one at all. "But I shall always be afraid, when the things I l-love are in danger." Casting her eyes down to the ground, she picks up her fallen doll again and holds him tight to her chest. Glancing up first at the statue, then at the Glade itself, she urges, "Healing comes from within. All of the living things in the world, they have such great power to heal themselves. You only have to awaken it."

Dame Dioyne Fairquillion gazes upon Maerad and the statue in silence, finally shutting her eyes to allow the two privacy.

"What do you fear losing most?" the voice whispers past, tangling in the rose vines to scatter their fragrance to the wind.

Ruffling her feathers nervously, you whisper, "People I c-care about. The Lady, and Volucer and Dame Fairquillion and...and..." She breaks off, looking away from Inedra. "My dreams. Those, most of all."

(Here, everyone else arrived back, and things continued as in Zyphora's post).
