yaaa... cause empath thought flush was the only thing they could do. too bad I did not get home from work 5 minutes earlier.
The soft, hollow voice of Nocht, the Silent resounds within your mind as His words echo through the aether, "Congratulations, Arimisia. Your mastery of vermin cannot be disputed."
Oh boy, glad to see you're SO FUCKING HAPPY that the only person with aethercraft on our ship above, like, fucking master was me and that I had to be pilot because nobody else could, our empath had never empath'd in combat before and isn't using the system we have, only had 52% proficiency, and none of our turrets even had bombard! You're so fucking good! Show us your skills!

Evidently you had more than one capable person on the ship! I'm just doing a celebration dance because, yeah, I really am proud to have beaten the bloated ships I see all around that Hallifax hasn't upgraded to.
EDIT: I also might be highlighting how stupid noncapped hull strength is.
I think skills will win over lack of skills anyday. It doesn't really say all that much for your skill when the other team has none. It does show that a monster hull however will not save you without skills I suppose!
They had at least two people with passable Aethercraft skills -- one was on the chair (lol) and one was on the grid but was inexperienced. There were a million different ways they could've approached assaulting the blockade, e.g. killing off all the ships that didn't have access to pilot roll!
I'm not going to sit here and defend this, because obviously they were outnumbered and outlessoned,
the real takeaway is "hey look at how much punishment this ship took while still not imploding (because they didn't implode)".
It's Karlach's 16k health and health sips/healing scroll/sparkleberries on a much worse scale.

I have millions more if the hull was not sufficient enough.. >.>;; was a reason I was called a bank before

Don't mind me, I'm just visualizing Aetherbasin taking to the skies in Flares.
Eventually it won't. when it becomes neutral there will be a new ship.
