Hallifaxian Combat Readiness training

Just posting this incase some in other cities are interested in making something like it. I am sure there is stuff it's missing, but might be a good starting point for someone wanting to learn to get into these events also

Info:

Credits are awarded once all tasks in a rank have been completed and

demonstrated to an eligible trainer. Any person who has completed the

rank being evaluated is capable of evaluation of that rank.

 

All task completions are subject to audit and all notifications of

completion are to be sent the project leader.

-       Be able to identify which revolt is next in the order.

 

- Be able to identify which target the Collective has in that upcoming

revolt.

 

- Know How to get to each village and be able to demonstrate a random

sampling of villages

 

- Know different methods for how to tell when a villager is available

for influence.

 

Commissar 10 credits

Commissars:

-         Know location of each village leader

 

- Know the effects of Crusade/Sanctuary, how to change between them

 

- Know which villages are always peaced, which are always unpeaced, and

          how to tell for the others which they are

 

- Possess a focus enchantment, understanding the mindsets and attacks of

          debating, and how to cure fasttalk afflictions

 

Commander 15 credits

Commanders:

-         Understand what things will increase your ability to influence

          villagers

 

-         Possess divert, and understand its mechanisms and when it is

          appropriate to use it

 

- Understand the attitudes and how they effect debate and afflictions,

- Understand how focusing constructs works, and when it is appropriate.

-         Have Flashpoint, understand how they work

 

-         Understand the effects of shock, worble, muckle, and sludge.

- Understand what a colossus does and how to get one before the flare.

 

-         Understand what a beacon does, and who can construct them.

-         Be able to fly to every bubble without taking damage

 

-         Understand rupture, shockwave, deadspace and their effects.

 

- Be able to explain the overall strategy of a fleet during a flare and

how best they can use their abilities to disable a dreadnaught class

utilized for demesnes. Understand the natural threats that exist on

these three bubbles.
