Selling an aethership (with pentagram) and an aethershop! (separate manses)

So, I have an aethership, 1800 hull, basic setup and it also has a secret entrance that has a pentagram in it. Looking to sell it.

Ship has 14 rooms or something like that in it with the 3 turrets, chair, grid, 2 collectors, and currently only 1 aetherhold.

Pentagram is worth 350cr.

Estimated value (assuming 40k per credit, a generously low estimate): 435cr.

Asking: 425cr or make me an offer. We can discuss.

Aaand! Manse shop. Totally separate from the ship. It actually has the manse shop + an extra room, but the extra room/door are free. The shop has a 500 item limit because it was purchased before the changes were made to shops. 

It's a 750cr value for the shop. Asking 700cr or make me an offer.
