Announce Post #3106: Merry Solstice to All!
Tis the season to be jolly, and we've got more than a good dose of jolly to bring to you!
As we mentioned in the last post, we know that this year might be especially hard, so we hope that if you're not able to be with loved ones in the usual way you can find some solace here. To help with that, here is a guide to our Solstice events for this year.
From this post onwards, those logged into Lusternia may find themselves receiving a visit from Ironbeard, bearing a present for the lucky recipient.
Not only that, but keep an eye out for Jolly Bundy sending his fellow gnomes out with a few more presents. When you find one, just influence them with Charity (AB INFLUENCE BEGGING for full details) to get hold of a present. Remember that you can only get a present this way once an hour - so if you find a Solstice gnome and you've already had a present, share it with your friends!
Over the weekend of the 18th-20th, the communes and cities of the land will be playing host to their various Solstice celebrations. In the tradition of the past few years, we will reprise our 'Elf on the Shelf' quests in full Lusternia style.
Last of all, the Solstice Court will also make its return on this weekend - and we hear they're making a few improvements to make it as festive as it can be. We can't wait to show you them.
All of our Solstice events will close on the 3rd January 2021, giving you plenty of time to enjoy them, no matter what hoildays you celebrate - and even if you can't make it when things open.
