Are Bardics and Artisanals IC?

I know anything published in-game is IC, but are all submissions to artisanals and bardics assumed to be made by the character submitting them? For instance, if my steamy tae'dae romance wins this round, do I have to play Daraius as a trashy novelist henceforth?

Yes. We will be watching for trashy novelist RP from this point onward.

Real answer: No. Submissions to artisanals and bardics are considered OOC. You, the player, are showing off your skills. Your character can go on being terrible at art or only liking very serious literature for his cute little puppy dog eyes. Whatever you want.

Edit: Though, Xenthos mentions below that you can publish a bardic story as a library book in-game if you wish to take it IC as well.
