Honor cap on Lesser Houses
Is it necessary? It seems a little pointless that five or six lesser houses have hit the honor cap and just sit there. They may or may not have any prospect of becoming a great house. Would it be plausible to remove the honor cap and let lesser houses continue to vie for the top spot?
