This might be kind of nerdy, but today I realized that two of the NPCs in Delport are named Tristan and Isolde, or as I now see it through my nerd vision, Tristan und Isolde, an opera featuring star-crossed lovers (ish) composed by Richard Wagner.
10/10, would appreciate fine artsily again.

I totally missed being given noodles and some of the conversation towards the end there. Also here's the death message from my POV.
You have been slain by reality's inner workings.
As you pop the raisin into your mouth and chew, the juices fill your mouth. You feel an odd tingling in your mouth which follows down your throat as you swallow, and seems to persist.
You feel an intense burning flowing through your body and feel extremely... wet. Breathing becomes more difficult, you feel fluid filling your windpipe as every breath becomes strained.
As you choke and wheeze, you feel your skin begin to crawl and shrivel, fissures forming in your flesh.
You have been slain by reality's inner workings.
