Decided to go ahead and spend my rune-tradein credits on a cubix. Not really thinking I'll be putting myself too behind by not buying the new weapon runes. So yay, I guess. I can get to places a little faster now.
Note that Virulent right now is applying the poison over any poisons applied to a virulent blade. It's bugged, but for now it'll only use the poison that it's been enhanced with.
There isn't an official answer, but from testing, they all seem fairly minor. The only questionable ones are the damage and bleeding ones, since supposedly(?) physical damage is still wonky.

An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
Also a necessary rave for @Caarvaes for being one cool cat, and dealing with Rancoura as a mentor and all the iciness and relentless pushing that entails.

Shadows shoot up about you, draping from the crown of your head in luxurious ebon locks, and as the darkness retracts, extravagant violet robes now cling to your form, no longer that of a human, but of a regal slaugh priestess.
