Where has Alary been? Well, 4.0 GPA. I've never had straight As in my life, because I never cared, I never had passion. I'm on fire, and my name is in a play program for the school and I've got some good things lined up for the next year. Alongside a possible internship at Playhouse Square. Also working hard, and going above and beyond tends to impress people, who knew?

I was originally wanting to make this a dissatisfaction, but in the end it's also a rave. Rave to you, anonymous hotline attendant, who made me laugh and giggle through this our or so that it took you to figure out that my internet at home is really broken. While it's still meh that my internet is wonky at home, it was at least a LOT better then talking to the grumpy mc grumps I usually talk to who all assume that you've got no clue.
I've been having those days where nothing seems to click in your firetrucking head, and you feel like an idiot when you can't understand the things you KNOW you know. And it's like you're always foggy in the brain

My recent RP has me in a really happy, excited mood. Chatted with my psychologist about how RP is a helpful creative outlet and good tool to work through emotions (rave for having a therapist who embraces the good found in gaming). Sidebar to @Crek - I owe you a big thanks for the crow stuff. I've been taking my time solo RPing lots of it (sorry for the delay) and it's been a very useful tool - Brea mourning Irk has been very helpful to process my own fears and emotions about my dad's cancer and I have a much better outlook RL from being able to explore my emotions.
RP also led me to reconnect with several old pals from Aetolia, which is so nice. I kinda fell off the grid and was feeling lonely so it's wonderful to reconnect.
Cherry on top of my good day - boyfriend texts me this: "Started the civ 6 download for ya. Should be ready to play when you get home from dinner." Yep, he's a keeper.

I went to the haunted house event at Casa Loma (@Rancoura probably knows about this), it was very fun. Didn't scream, much to my friends disappointment, and really only got one good jump. A big monster tried to hug me, that was probably the scariest for me, but I just tried to walk away awkwardly as I do with normal human beings and my actual jump was in a very smokey tunnel where I couldn't see and something ran into me. I had a girl like body check/jump on me me near the beginning, she was so scared.
Fun times!

I watched the first episode....and I'm not sure what to make of this.
So I got really bummed this morning. I wasn't chosen for a promotion I really wanted at work, being told that my recent working remote while helping my dad made the decision awkward. I totally understand and they are going to hopefully have another opening for the same position in January when budget is redone. Still, sucks to hear.

Can you weigh in on whether this could be worth springing for the 3D IMAX experience? I've never found 3D to add much to any movie (especially for the premium price you pay), but those kaleidoscopic visuals have me wondering.
Omg my boyfriend bought a playstation VR and he's playing some sort of space dogfighting game and he keeps just spinning around and staring at the ceiling with his mouth open I'm dying halp XD
