I honestly don't know which alts or particulars are being discussed here. But those rules have rarely if ever been set in stone. There's always been some flexibility and it probably helps to understand the perma shrubbing does not so much mean can and never will be unshrubbed, but this shrubbing does not have an expiration date. Perma shrubbing means, you're shrubbed until you can convinced the admin to unshrub you.

Honestly I was annoyed with the minstrels report because I changed hunger to ego specifically because there were so few ego based kill methods.
