THE ESSENTIALS

Race: Sileni, but Lucidian or Gnome if he weren't.
Gender: Male
Guild: Consortium, Quartz Syndicate.
City/Commune: Hallifax
Order: None, but Eyeballing Terentia heavily.

THE LOOK

Skin: Lightly tanned, with light golden hairs all over.
Eyes: Soft, chocolate brown.
Build: Tall and slender. Currently Tessenchi, if Kaizynne would help with some katas
Defining Features: Melodic voice, horns, cute button nose. Did I mention the Sileni part?
Piercings: None, gross. My body is a temple and entirely too perfect to pierce with sharp instruments of torture.

PERSONALITY

Strengths: Complete lack of morals. Choros refuses to entertain any sense of right and wrong. There is only what helps himself, and by extension his family and Hallifax, and what does not. He's willing to bend almost any rule or guideline to do what needs to be done. Choros is Neutral Evil, Lawful Neutral, but knows who butters his bread.

Weaknesses: Choros overestimates his ability to get away with his shenanigans, and he's going to be caught some day. But not today. Choros has a dislike of people who break or change laws for their own profit, and not for the good of the whole. This leads to a lot of arguments.

Attitude: Well dressed, openly polite and respectful, especially to authority figures who aren't hampering him. Think mobster.

Morals: If you can't prove it, I didn't do it. You got a warrant? Am I free to go?

Pet Peeves: Being touchy-feely or openly flirty. If I'm interested, you'll know. If you don't know for sure, I'm not. Changeling as a Sileni to get perks.

Best way to piss me off: Lack of manners, ratting me out to authorities. Bitches get stitches. Being too lazy to work to get what you want. Nothing worth having is easy to achieve. Break your promises or show that you aren't worth his trust.

Best way to get on my good side: Feed me, show me how to make a profit. Make small talk and tell me things. Be a Sileni and be interested in roleplaying about it, including listening to Choros when he waxes eloquently about Sileni history.

Worst personal achievement: None, yet. Winning the Seal of Justice and having to beat both his daughter, and his mother twice, to do it. Choros heavily pondered letting Aramel win the Seal.

Most shameful moment: Getting pissed off over Ironhart and verbally berating people for not wanting to do timequakes
If I could make one wish: The admin would make a bubblix for Lyria-whatsit.

SUMMARY

Why you should hate him: You shouldn't. He has a heart of gold.
Why you should love him: Because if you're friendly with him, he'll shower you in riches. Maybe.
Why you should fear him: because he doesn't care what you think, and he'll gleefully pay for someone to slaughter you and bring your head to him time and time again if you piss him off.
If he ruled the world, you'd best expect: Speakeasies and gambling casinos all over the place.

There's too much awesome lore in the game for me to pinpoint my favorite right now, but I'll update if I think of something!

What I'd love more of would be the Vernal Wars. I know there are a bunch of texts in-game that I haven't found yet, but what little I've found has always been great, and I just want to know more! More about vernal gods we don't yet know about, or to further flesh out the ones we do, but also especially more about the big ones - I love the bits and pieces I know about Kiakoda and want more.

I haven’t been at 100% this week due to several unexpected things happening (both good and bad), but please rest assured I am still moving forward with exciting Lantra plots, even if I’ve been slow to respond in-game. Things should be calming down soon.

Now that you've come to my clickbait thread, here's a really sweet log from today. The first bit is indulgent solo RP, and the second bit is a difficult heart to heart, where Lief's sister Elexia maybe finally realizes Lief isn't a towering, invincible giant.

You have emoted: To herself, or perhaps to a luminous peacock feather, Lief murmurs quietly, "I don't think I'm doing everything I can - I think I can do more still to honor your memory." She opens her eyes, and her ears twitch, attention drawn to look over her shoulder. "Oh, hello," she smiles.

Faythe holds a finger up to Elexia and then glances at you. "Lief, when you're done here, can we have a word or two?"

Rootweir Faythe says, "We'll wait over there near."

Faythe points accusingly at Elexia.

Faythe looks up into the air for divine inspiration.

Faythe points eastwards.

Rootweir Faythe says, "Over there, rather."

You have emoted: Lief cants her antlered head. "I was only chatting a moment with Shashi. It's been a long time."

A distraught expression is painted on Elexia's face, but she quickly covers it with a bright, cheerful smile. "Oh, hello sister, no, we... We don't have to, please?" She raises both her hands.

Firmly, Rootweir Faythe says to Elexia, "Yes we do, but we will wait, as you say, until she is done speaking."

Rootweir Faythe says to you, "Take your time. Let us know when you are through."

Elexia leaves, following Rootweir Faythe.

Faythe leaves to the east.

You have emoted: Lief flashes a luminous peacock feather a warm smile, and then she rises to her feet. "No rest for people like us, is there?" she lightly laughs, then quiets. "I will be the very best, Shashi, like you were. People will remember you with joy one day, and not with sorrow."

No, I don't think so. The hug had a concrete beneficial effect, but it wasn't related to protection. To be honest, it confused me; without giving too much away about the nature of the power, there was a pretty big gamble to blindly hugging me while having as little information as was available on Day 1.
