Lacking goals to give me reason to log in, and lacking motivational drive, for several reasons, to think of new targets to work towards.
Open to suggestions as long as they don't involve leaving Glomdoring, that's just not on the cards.
Mork. You simply must log-in because plans. :> Right, @Aerdiya?

-work on getting Gaudiguch more involved in domoths (unless that's not on the personal agenda) (GBTG NMBG))
-start focusing on family and family honour
-review Ebonguard stuff, see if anything needs updating to the century we're at now -- EGs are scarce, and while it's your GAs job to make the guild appealing, you can help too
-write up your own sermons/prayer rituals for Shikari
-chill with your fellow Gloomers
-swear loyalty to Hallifax and Isune (hey, you don't have to leave Glom for this)
EDIT:
Additionally-
-Glomdoring only has one village and two aetherrings. Magnagora has like 5 and half the aetherrings. Food for thought :-\"
-Do you have a shop of your own, would you consider shopkeeping
-Continue advising Idrazil in combat (forbid him from raiding while a Titan and make him get demi first?)
-Idk, someone help me out here. I shouldn't be doing this, grr southerners grr.
The beauty of Lusternia is that even when you don't have a goal, there are plenty of things to do, and the break from driving hard and fast to a goal (for example an essence goal or whatever) can be refreshing. Might I also suggest -
-Spend some time doing quests you've never tried before. -Strike up random conversations with people! You could have a lot of fun just rping getting to know people and who knows, it could also end up being development for yours and their character -Take baby Gloms hunting, show them where they can go on their own, teach them the lore of areas, teach them quests, be the big meat shield while they have fun killing things. -repeat to the rituals/sermons/etc, these are always awesome. Just because Shikari isn't around doesn't mean the order can't be active and rich with roleplay and recruitment. -Develop your character some more. Everyone can always do this, and since Karlach is a new entity, I'm sure he's got plenty of depths you've yet to explore.
Just being around, without a goal might frustrate you some, but it will probably be greatly enjoyable for all the people you spend time with on their goals.
The beauty of having alts is that you never truly run out of goals. When you get to where you wanted to be, start over.

This is exceptionally noobish of me, but I appear to be getting utterly ruined by bleeding whilst bashing as a warrior. What's going on? Is this normal? Or am I missing something glaringly obvious?
ETA: I'm aware that some of the things I've been bashing do higher bleeding than others, but I never had trouble with them as a Harb.
ETA2: Ignore that part about bleeding reductions, I'm an idiot who has no idea how skills work.
Maybe the benefit of shadowbeat is that big? I haven't ever experienced shadowbeat boons, so I can't comment. It could very well what is making or breaking your health :S Can you test it? Grab another Glombard?
I have surge up, yeah - and I've got 17 int. I haven't noticed my mana going painfully low, I mean it was yellow but I've got 5k to start with so it's not that bad. I have m&m set not to clot below 35% - I didn't think I got that low, but I must have done.

It's okay. We're all part of the @Shaddus Cuddlemancer Collective Avatars of Fininkora.

Cyndarinused Flamethrower! It was super effective.
Set your "no clotting" threshold reallllly low when you bash. And don't use surge against fesixes. You don't need it.

This, I only keep mine up because I'm too lazy to turn it off.
Thanks for the feedback guys, there's a few ideas for me to go off there, trying to avoid stuff I've done before, regards to flares and revolts. I'd rather focus on things that don't involve shifting sleep patterns and pulling hooks through my nose to maintain some form of consistency, and more other projects I can work towards with a clear end goal (whereas Revolts/Flares/Domoths/Wildnodes are a neverending cycle)
The divine voice
of Avechna, the Avenger reverberates powerfully, "Congratulations,
Morkarion, you are the Bringer of Death indeed."
You see Estarra the Eternal shout, "Morkarion is no more! Mourn the mortal! But welcome True Ascendant Karlach, of the Realm of Death!
@Morkarion: Want a challenge? I'll buy you lunch at the UK meet if you manage to maintain a regular sleep schedule with an average 8 hours of sleep a night from somewhere this week (giving some leeway to start) until then.
You have received a new honour! Congratulations! On this day, you have shown your willingness to ensure a bug-free Lusternia for everyone to enjoy. The face of Iosai the Anomaly unfolds before you, and within you grows the knowledge that you have earned the elusive and rare honour of membership in Her Order. If you are bored, try a new guild! That was always my solution. They called me a guild hopper but I stayed entertained learning how to kill an entirely different guild.

It all makes sense now.

It also makes you a better combatant knowing how all the guilds work in practice rather than in theory.
