Dreamweaving is unfortunately the most boring 1v1 skillset I've used yet. It's also crazy effective. Maybe I'll find something more creative, but it seems right now that the optimal strategy for EternalSleep is basically put your passives on someone, then spam shieldstun. Will have to think about how to make this more dynamic.
Being a melder in big group fights is as fun as I remember, though.
You should share the idea regardless. Even if you can't bring the idea itself to frution on your own, because you're not supposed to do it on your own in the first place. This is the time to offer up any and all ideas and critique, since it's a lot better to get advancement right the first go around, rather than later on have to redo everything.
I plan on sharing... I am knee deep in excel spreadsheets and word docs ATM
Sounds like Celest can be what Celest wants to be, up to and including favoring certain races for their natural affinities with Celestia/water.
That's not what's going on though. The thing is that Celest has a Merian Quarter (where all of the houses are shaped like seashells and have intentionally flooded rooms) and a non-Merian Quarter (where all of the houses are normal people houses and not full of water), but some people got it into their head that non-Merians weren't allowed in the Merian Quarter/the Merian Quarter is somhow better/this is proof of New Celest hating non-Merians. That isn't true. Non-Merians don't live in the Merian Quarter because all of the houses are giant seashells and they'd get pruney if they tried to live there. And Merians don't live in the Non-Merian Quarter because they actually like having all of the extra water around. But some people didn't bother to read the room descriptions and just went based on the name of the area, and now New Celest has to periodically deal with people going "Oh, but you're just as racist as Magnagora, hurr hurr hurr."

Well. I'm not a Celestian anymore. But let's assume you wanted Celestian law: -Viscanti: Not allowed to draw power, but otherwise a normal citizen. Dawn Brigade is legally obliged to Energy link them power/take them hunting on astral as an alternative to the Pool of Stars. Non-citizen Viscanti must be escorted by the Dawn Brigade around town when/if they visit. -Illithoid: Not allowed at all. To be firmly escorted out of the city and then enemied so that they can't come back.
Some days I get so excited and am brimming with ideas and enthusiasm and the next...well, I wonder why I even log in anymore when I'm so unwelcome. If it weren't for a few projects I really want to take care of I probably would have started the retirement process today. /for the 2 people who may actually care.
School's put me into a hibernation mostly-break, and even though I've been assuming I'll log in more once the semester ends, I'm kinda wondering if that will actually be the case. I don't like logging in if I'm not in the mood to RP, but I am almost never in that mood lately. I've turned into a shopkeeper NPC.

Been feeling like this more and more, lately. Decided to renew my WoW account to take a break, and see how things feel after.
Is WoW still a thing..? Dayum. Should load up my level 60 shadow priest some time.
Well it's still one of the most popular online games right now, so I'd say it's "still a thing" yes. Was debating between renewing this, or renewing FF14... WoW won out because in WoW I don't have to do 30+ hours of catch-up story quests (at max level), just to be able to do end game dungeons. Much as I do like FF14.
Never understood why people whose only commands entered are ones that make them run away, are the ones who're always quick to start shit talking. Seems to not know the definition of 'immature' all things considered.
The whole, "Now I know why <x city> is so weak," is almost as overused as the, "I thought <y city> wasn't scared of fighting?" schtick that people always try and pull, as well. It's like people don't even bother trying anymore.

Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

Aww. Don't let the haters get you down. What I do on those days is I try to focus on the 2+ people who care, and if it's possible, take a break from the naysayers for a bit. This is a social game, but you're not obligated to be social with everyone - especially with people who make this game unfun for you.
"Oh yeah, you're a naughty mayor, aren't you? Misfile that Form MA631-D. Comptroller Shevat's got a nice gemstone disc for you, but yer gonna have to beg for it."
I'm tilted that he's calling you out about pfifth and starchord when Cantors, even more than other bards, are centered around damagekills
Nothing wrong with just damaging folks to death if it works. If staff cast kills people spam it. I mean it is funny though that taer complained about me killing him by just doing perfect fifth and shadowchord before but well.
Alik and Taer like to complain about the same things I guess?
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.

Any sufficiently advanced pun is indistinguishable from comedy.

Lol. You're hilarious.
Edit: When I log out of forums, I'm never going to look at this again. I really don't need to be reassured by posting things to the forums.
I am fairly sure there used to be more than 2 muffin designs. What happened?

If any of you were wondering on the people who narrated the Hallifax event post, I think this is all of them:
Insurgency:
Matrix Commissar,
Malimli,
servant,
Symphonium swan,
Fraesic,
City Administrator (maybe Clarramore).
Reformation:
Shalmae,
Hilelsa,
Matrix Commissar,
Miella,
The Lars that I always think is male but is not,
Lafu,
Irima,
Conductor from the Ballroom with an unspellable name,
Zedlon."
Someone get @Ileein in here.
