It only took me six years, but I've finally decided exactly where Phoebus' wing markings are located. They've jumped around so much over the years, sometimes being wing bars, other times being bands of color, and most of the time making zero sense whatsoever; now, I can happily say I have a design I'm actually going to commit to.
