Xiel has them all collected on his site I believe.
I can't use that site because of the colors. Bright text on black kills my eyes and gives me terrible headaches (all my colors in Lusternia are changed around for this reason). Regardless, it'd be nice to have the information readily available in-game, without having to depend on other people collecting them and figuring it out first.
Please add a line listing the mean height at weight for each race to the HELP <race> entries. Since we don't have a size attribute to go by anymore and all.
I don't think there is an average anymore, and it's up to personal RP to dictate what size things should be. The only reason we think faeling should be short or igasho need to be huge at present is because we have memories of the stat system telling us they need to be. More diversity!
That said, yes: can we have a better sense of what the 'average member of x race' looks like made more available for incoming players? It can be hard to write a coherent description when you have no context for X race, especially for some of the less common racial tropes.
I believe that while there might be a faeling that's taller then an igasho, I don't think it's something that would be very common? I am pretty sure "common" size factor per race could be established and it would help immensely, for e. g. when I try to decide whether or not aeldra can perch on someone's shoulder, it's always trying to find the old size thing to have a rough idea how much taller they are then her for that not to look awkward.
If ever faeling would start being taller than igasho, than I will make a two-eyed Krokani
One is established in lore and mechanics, the other is not. You can never (mechanically) have a two-eyed krokani (or they would not be immune to eyepeck). On the other hand, Demigods have mechanically had the ability to alter their size. While the ability is gone now, that is only because size itself is gone. RP-wise, Demigods can still have a mutable size if desired.

Anything can be played to lore, even if it sounds corny or dumb. A Krokani illuminati that added another eye? A Krokani of human ancestry? All can be debated here and there, but in the end, it is all flexible, even if cringe worthy.
Some things cannot be RPed out, because they are contravened by mechanics. Krokani cannot have more eyes. Elfen cannot have four legs. Trill cannot have two heads. Etc, etc.
Meanwhile, size changing is an established precedent. They are not at all similar.
Just like dracnari are defined by the ability to breath fire and merians by the ability to breath water naturally, so are krokani defined by their singular eye. You can't just pull a lolhumanancestry whenever you feel like it.
However, I believe a size precedent is in order for all non-demis.
Though there is also precedent for non-Demis to be able to flex a little bit (there were expand and shrink enchantments that allowed for a +-3 variation). However, that is nowhere near the flexibility afforded to Demis.
I absolutely agree that we need a general size range provided for the races for new players, though- provide a range that takes into account the prior existence of shrink/expand enchantments and you give non-Demi players a lot of room to work with while also providing good guidelines.
I would find it especially important as, historically as I gather, different race specialisations did have an impact on size as well. Like, as I heard, shadowsinger faelings would be even smaller then a regular faeling... same goes for merians in celest, etc.

WTB this area being pointed out to newbies as part of the tour, when choosing race.
They all can be roleplayed, but as exceptions or oddities to a general rule. In other words a (non-demigod) faeling who is described as being 6 feet tall should not be shut down by other players - but it's reasonable to expect them to be surprised, reacting to it as the oddity that it is.
Well, faelings should get a lot more leeway on size as they are the offspring of fae and elfen parentage. And there is a lot of diversity among the fae. So if your heritage is a squonk, or redcap, you will be bigger than a pixie/sprite descended faeling.

Faragan has a really good idea, should add the ability to CURIO PRESERVE (curio) so you can make sure you don't rub it.
Very simple idea, would make curio life much easier

I ask because I forgot yesterday how big Krokani are supposed to be. Human sized? A foot taller? Huge? I have no idea!
