Why did no one tell me when I started that influencing's the quick way to level up? I'm seeing a gain of 30-40% within a minute on a character of mine.
It will start slowing down dramatically later on, after 80th circle bashing starts to become faster due to the fact that you do not get critical strikes from influencing - unless you burn through 100% or 200% boost ikons (epic or legendary quality) to keep up the higher experience gain.
Never put passion before principle. Even if you win, you lose.

Rolled around an alt. At level 15 a faeling bard can take on guards and get level ups every guard they successfully influence.

That wasn't an anticipated effect. Looking at them now, it looks like they check for Order membership, and obviously that's gone out of the window. Therefore, we'll soon be making them check for loyalty only, so they'll soon work again (but only for the buyer). Enjoy!

That makes 3 Celest gods that've died - Hajamin, Terentia, Eventru. This kind of sucks. Pass out the death to the cool gods, so we can actually mourn (I'm joking!)

I can't shake the feeling that there is going to be a lot more to this than everything disappearing, that's it end of story. I feel for the people playing in Celest at the moment, but I honestly think there is more going on than meets the eye. I just hope it has some pleasant results for the players left bereft right now.
