    As suspicious as I've found Tremula, I'm really not sold on this line of reasoning. I think we're splitting hairs.

    If anything I'd love to hear @Azureus give his account of last night, because I'm a bit mystified. This is the first time my roleblock has returned any kind of flavor text, which means something interfered. I want to know what.

    Thank you. Now could we move on towards finding the scum? Currently, my list of suspicious people are:

    Tremula, because his reports don't measure up.

    Azureus, because he's got a mongoose follower, and mongeese are closely related to ermines.

    I'm still of two minds about Luce. While his power can definitely be seen as scum-friendly, he did use it to protect Celina during day two (I think?), when he could've just as easily sat by and watch her die. Then again, that could very possibly be a play just to get us to trust him.

    You know what I'm utterly confused about though? How the heck is Siam still alive?

    I'm unsure why they didn't target Siam either. I think Celina being targeted might be due to the power she exerted last day with essentially getting everyone on a lynch train. Maybe they didn't trust her influence?

    Though Ayisdra wound up being town after all. Iunno.

    What amuses me is that we've had plenty of comments since night, and not a single one has mentioned the flavor text of Ayisdra's role, and how we are actually triplets. Not only that, but said kitsune triplet hasn't even stepped forth.

    I figure whoever it is, he's scum. He hasn't mentioned his being a kitsune, and he or she keeps talking about random inane crap without bringing up an obvious, in your face clue.

    The third kitsune is a he. Ermine's a she. I would also like it on the record that while I'm ambivalent about German, I sincerely regret teaching her to speak and read Russian.

    I was going to make a point about Tremula revealing Celina's role's name, but after some digging, Celina requested that name specifically. And even made the parallel to Lucifer, who was an angel. I see what you did there, @Kiradawea.

    Right now I'm not trusting @Azureus' claim as much, both because of the mongoose imagery, and because everyone's been calling the role a protector, but it's been acting like Escort/Consort.

    Essentially, last night you tried to block Azureus but your attempt got foiled(jeweled mongoose).

    both of which were ambients that Luce and Celina got after being targetted by Azureus. From the sound of it, your failed night action seems to be something reactive as opposed to something that was intentionally targetted at you. When Celina was targetted by Azureus, she was still able to complete her night action(tracking Shaddus). Color me confused.

    Yeah, I agree. I am pretty sure whatever happened is something that reacted to me trying to block Azureus, rather than him aiming his mongoose at me directly.

    But that's not in line with how he's explained his power, so I'm mighty suspicious.

    I'll just Vote Azureus to put a bit more pressure on the situation. Mongoose got some 'splainin' to do.

    To me, the two quote don't really match up.
    I'm assuming (and in fairness, might be incorrect in my assumption) that the immunity I provide also protects from whatever the scum would do as an attack, whether that's killing or converting.

    Why would Shaddus say he was? and if he was, wouldn't Shaddus know who he is?

    Also, Saran, Luce and Siam never actually stated what race they were (or I missed it when looking back). I know Saran was paranoid about powers but I don't think that's an issue
