Do you still need to own the item you're trying to submit a skin for? I have a pendant of a divine spark skin written, but do not own it as an example.

Yes, it's a limitation of the system at this point in time.
A few days ago we were discussing this on a clan, though. Theoretically you could give someone 2k goop to customize their bland base artifact to your version, then buy yours with goop once it goes up for sale (if approved). You would miss out on recouping your 2k goop investment on future purchases, though, since that would go to the person who submitted it for you.
On terms of submitting stuff, as long as it remotely is pretty to me and halfway fitting for aeldra (I have a glamrock...) and you know I have said artifact, feel free to poke me to submit stuff for you ( the general you). Have done so before and don't mind. giiiive all the pretties
Aside of that my rave: Raves to all the players and admins involved in yesterdays things. I am sure the admin hat a lot of facepalm and facedesk moments watching me and the others flail about something we the heck should know how to do by now
It was a long wait to finally get some clue of wtf happened, but the Gaudiguch event post for factions was totally worth it. Kudos to the admin(s) that drafted it up.
You have completed the Lord of the Transphenortex Grid quest!
You have gained a new honour!
The Quintessential Mandala of Resplendent Harmony materialises in your hands.
Special thanks to @Iytha and @Portius for tracking the last custodian for me a couple times and to @Gero for letting me borrow his teleport-puzzle-thing.
I want to quickly rave for @Danquik for the Goonsquad release last night, it wasn't big and fancy (I had plans, but it's weird when only one person shows up)
DisRave for so few goons being around all week long.

I apologise that nobody else, including the one other person who was online, on prime, in the Goonsquad, showed up. I know it must be frustrating to organise something and have nobody bother to be involved.
Definitely! Raves for that event, it was hilariously fun. There is no org more enjoyable in all my experience than Hallifax. A huuge rave for all the events we wind up into and the broad spectrum of reactions all you anarchists scientists and artists come up with.
(I'm the mom of Hallifax btw, so if you are in Hallifax please call me mom.)

That was the most awkward domoth for me ever - I kept disconnecting from the internet and had to claim on my phone for a majority of the time. At one point I was just walking around during a skirmish and hoping no one noticed me.
Thanks to the heroes who babysat me through this domoth!
Very much enjoying the Wodewoses. I love the fact the guildhall is more a camp, and moves to different spots in the forest. I love the additions the camp has! I'm addicted to face paints and hope in the future there's ways to make more colours, and the ideas and RP avenues that can be breached seem almost endless. Thanks to @Everiine so far for all the work he's put in to make sure people have a beginning idea of Wodewoses, and for getting things up and beginning. Thanks to @SerenGods for all the work they put into making each the factions. All in all, super happy with this and looking forward to where things are going to go.
@Isune has been so, so wonderful with feedback and support regarding the new guilds and other plans, and I'm incredibly grateful to her for it. Thanks to @Falaeron and @Irillia for stepping up and contributing so much to Aerie guild plans and documents. Their suggestions and ideas are invaluable, as is the consistently high quality of their work. Thank you for letting me bother you incessantly! In addition, thank you to @Tirah and @Nelras for your great ideas and feedback from the beginning! Guild development is truly a team effort and I feel very lucky to have everyone on our team.
Oh man. So much agreement to the above. @Portius is a blessing for taking about half of the work I need to do off my plate, while also being really insightful and involved. I really appreciate @Akatriel and @Orventa for helping provide some great opinions, too.
o Guild referendums should now have the same requirements as city (level 30+, 50 hours of play) rather than GR3. All current referendums will need to be closed and remade for this to take effect.
A squat munchkin kitten with blue points wobbles hurriedly on squat little legs to you and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts falling short, jumps into your arms.
Thank you to the incredibly generous @Karlach for all the adorable kittens and puppies!

Also yes.

Just as a rave though, I love the new GH!

The divine voice of Avechna, the Avenger reverberates powerfully, "Congratulations, Morkarion, you are the Bringer of Death indeed."
You see Estarra the Eternal shout, "Morkarion is no more! Mourn the mortal! But welcome True Ascendant Karlach, of the Realm of Death!
