@Weiwae How did You react when You learned one of the shapes Bollikin sharded into was turtlekin? Alternately, how did You feel when Bollikin made turtles, if He did?
...you do realise our ama is basically ooc questions to the players behind the gods, right?
Everiine said: The reason population is low isn't because there are too many orgs. It's because so many facets of the game are outright broken and protected by those who benefit from it being that way. An overabundance of gimmicks (including game-breaking ones), artifacts that destroy any concept of balance, blatant pay-to-win features, and an obsession with convenience that makes few things actually worthwhile all contribute to the game's sad decline.
@Ayisdra With my introduction of Lightweavings, I had to have something with that. But, we don't need cartels to make clothes We can magic up new threads on the spot as Thax said.
@Thax Hey, I might dress you too! Depends if you inspire me.
@Maligorn Ascension this year was fun! Watching the points ticking, the staff changing hands, it was rather exciting.
@Aeldra Nope, not me. That much PK and it's hard to keep up.
@Ciaran Pray around and engage people in game, it'll be fun RP is where it's at.
@Sylandra I agree with @Maligorn on that, plus the typical stereotype of Hallifax being wrapped up in so much formality it can't move efficiently. I rather find it to be the opposite when needed.
As for Order, I think the biggest misconception I've come across is how 'strict' Isune is about what is Art or Beauty. She has her ideologies, but I do not view her as being judgmental or dare I say denigrating of any artist's efforts, regardless if they meet her ideals of 'best'. By taking the time to create Art and Beauty to the best of their own abilities, the effort is still admirable.
I struggle with this. To most, Serenwilde has the "land of the snugglies" reputation. Until we transformed the giggling pixie that pinched people's butts into Adasser, it certainly had that irrefutable atmosphere, but it has grown so, so much over the past couple of years. Serenwilde has a lot of extraordinary ideas stitched together into this gorgeous fantasy fabric.
We have a very shaman-esque vibe, complete with a murderous mystic mugwump who lives in a swamp and reads bones for a living. We have a very Tolkien atmosphere, where every denizen who lives in Serenwilde (except for the nameless elfen people who live in the trees, but who knows -- maybe they fit what I'm about to say) has an adventure in them. There's magic abounding, feral and sometimes ghoulish gore, dark omens and light prophesies, trickery and order, and a very lush history that myself, @Hoaracle, and the team keep elaborating.
In short, Serenwilde is so, so much more than a place where people go to make out with each other at the nexus.
As for my character -- where do I begin? She's cool because she's featured very prominently in the histories as the catalyst for the event we now know as the trial that branded 12 Elder Gods as Traitors. She was Fain's mate, and She betrayed Him in order to prevent His elixir from corrupting more Elders.
...but that's also the struggle. Everyone who reads the histories picks a side, and Lisaera's either the villain or the hero. If She's the villain, people think She's some trifling ho who ruined a plan that could have actually succeeded -- but at the cost of making everyone into a raving lunatic (I'm looking at you, @Drocilla/@Manteekan/@Thax/@Morgfyre, JK I love you all). If She's the hero, people peg Her as the happy-go-lucky trickster Who saved the day and lived happily ever after in Serenwilde, with Charune as Her most-shipped confidant.
She is so, so, so much more than all of that. She is the primary Awakener of Moon, which is a huge feat of power for an Elder. She is revered as the mother of the Ethereal Realm because of Her extremely close connection with the fae and the mystery of that place. She helped awaken several minor fae spirits, She is the Goddess Who helped spread natural magic around, and in recent years, because of the direction I've taken Her in, She represents the balance of the natural world. She's much more of a badass than people make Her out to be, and usually when they figure that out, it's too late and I've already cursed them into oblivion.
Anyway. I hope that answers your question! I could go on and on about the trifold Goddess and all of Her aspects, and how cool that parallel is to modern-day paganism, but I'll stop here.
@AllDivine us mortals only have access to the last 20 ototells/otells/otitells. Do you guys get a longer list to review after getting back online?
No, but gods aren't always offline when people think they are. I'm generally online when I'm actually awake, even if I'm doing other things (like my non-Lusternia job or cooking), just not always visible. There are some gods and goddesses who never actually log off and have a full buffer to go through if they need to.
If your God had a single (one) Pokemon partner, who would they be?
Ho-oh. From Silver's pokedex: "A legend says that its body glows in seven colors. A rainbow is said to form behind it when it flies." Also a legendary pokemon, guardian of the skies (havens). But the rainbow thing in particular, and that will only make sense to people who have seen my 'zap'.
Though being honest, my personal favourite pokemon is Piloswine (seriously, Piloswine is so cuuuute and fluffy. Reminds me more of highland cows than anything, and I love those floofy moos with their cute little snoots.)
If your God had a single (one) Pokemon partner, who would they be?
Sadly, I'll need someone else to answer this question for me. Really making me feel old now. When Pokemon Blue came out I was too busy and obsessed with Final Fantasy VII to ever get into it.

Well, based off of the anime, I would say... Bewear.

Pokemon Moon entry: This Pokémon has the habit of hugging its companions. Many Trainers have left this world after their spines were squashed by its hug.
What's your favorite skillset? What's your favorite quest?
Healing.. Duh.
Tosha Monastery, because of the Spirit plane that most people forget about.
@Weiwae Do you have the interest or capacity to, like, update or revamp the monastery area a little bit? I love it so much but it shows its age.
Obviously this wasn't directed at me, but there have been some of us who want to update certain areas that are pretty crusty. Whether we can ever get around to doing that is a different question.

Ba dum tish
Although, I imagine Hoaracle also has a Trevenant in his back pocket, but Sudowodo is probably like Ash's Pikachu and just follows him around.
I spent far too long considering this.
(It seems like fun)

As for quest I have to double up on Ianir and say the Meliashmora - specifically for the 'performance as a defence' aspect of it. It's awesome.
