There is a difference between debating or disagreeing, and clouding up communal space with vitriol and spew that serves no purpose other than to antagonize. Take it to PMs.
Some people are just really poor at direct conflict and/or discussing their problems with the source of grievance, thus it's an outpouring of ill feeling and frustration towards certain people as much as anything else.
The divine voice
of Avechna, the Avenger reverberates powerfully, "Congratulations,
Morkarion, you are the Bringer of Death indeed."
You see Estarra the Eternal shout, "Morkarion is no more! Mourn the mortal! But welcome True Ascendant Karlach, of the Realm of Death!
Viravain, Lady of the Thorns shouts, "And You would seize Me? Fool! I am the Glomdoring! I am the Wyrd, and beneath the cloak of Night, the shadows of the Silent stir!"
How does one 'win'? If you think there is some competition going on then I don't know what to say to you, dear.
I thought it was obvious. Too brief a status explanation, people complain, too verbose, you're rage statusing.
Someone is always unhappy, so you can't win.
Nice try though
That awkward, terrified moment when you think you have misjudged badly and your divine is going to flay you alive....only to find you're being toyed with. Ohh, blessed relief.
How effective is the ur'Stone of Cankermore? Really considering splurging on one of these.
How much experience would be lost upon resurrection, say, on prime?
The XP loss of death is exactly the same as it usually is. What you don't pay is the extra cost for resurrection.
Basically it's a "choose your own restart point" vitae. Works cross planar and you can plant the stone just about anywhere. It also charges up seriously fast, since the death/release change it's become very useful.

Any time I'm playing some baby alt and a god shows up to rp with whoever I'm with, I always wonder if there's a colourecho around my name so they know it's a Shaddus alt.
I know there isn't, but I always wonder about these things.

I wonder if having to moderate the forums is a factor in our admin turnover. I can only imagine how demoralizing it must be for people who (I'm assuming) become admin to be part of making wonderful in-game things happen when they log in to:

Thinking about writing a scroll for an org's library has inspired me to write it as a bardic instead.

Yeah, but I don't want people knowing the person who write this is me.

Alas, there is an important part of HELP BARDIC you have missed:
ENTRY SUBMISSION
----------------
All contest entries for the Bardic (written) and Artisanal (visual) contests must be submitted through the online forms available from http://www.lusternia.com/artbard/. The name of a character must be included in the subject line. This character is assumed to have created the work in-role. This character will be the one to receive any forthcoming reward.
ETA: Consider this carefully before you write softcore porn about your father.
Thought of the day, is it glom-dor-ring or glom-d'-ring? I've heard both pronunciations be used and I'm still not sure, suppose it's the same with Gaudiguch. #-o
No you didn't see this in another thread, shut up.

Also, hold up. I asked about this a while ago and Zvoltz had a different answer.

So...if I send this in as Shaddus and it's softcore porn about Ixchilgal and Munsia, I'll get credits for it?

Hm. Now I'm curious and want an official ruling, 'cause if Bardics are OOC this changes everything and I'm writing that picaresque that Portius would never write but I think is one of the best genres ever.
Well, the main problem stems from the fact that we can't really rely that heavily on documentation in-game. If help files were right or complete most of the time, I doubt the question would even arise.
